Toggenburg Ski Patrol

Facilities Upgrade

In 1953 a first aid patrol was organized for the developing Toggenburg alpine ski area, marking the beginning of what is now the Toggenburg Ski Patrol (TSP).  Five years later, the independent patrol officially joined the non-profit National Ski Patrol (NSP) and has been volunteering service to the winter recreational public ever since.

The TSP is an entirely self-sustaining and volunteer organization staffed by your friends and neighbors that operates independent of Toggenburg Winter Sports Center.  All of the TSPís equipment, clothing, and medical supplies are provided by our membership and fund-raising activities.  Seasonally, we provide over 500 care-giving interventions at absolutely no charge ranging from Band-Aids to airlift evacuations.

Over the last fifty-years, we have outgrown our modest TSP aid and patrol room. We are now in the process of updating and enhancing our service facility, in collaboration with the Toggenburg Mountain Winter Sports Center, which will provide the physical building expansion. TSP will finish the interior layout, purchase medical supplies and equipment, and ensure an interior installation compliant with current hygienic standards of performance.

You can help the Toggenburg Ski Patrol continue its mission of providing "Service and Safety" to the ski area and the public by making a secure, tax-deductible donation to our building fund.

Please join with us in supporting the essential work of the Toggenburg Ski Patrol, and help us help others by making a tax-deductible gift today.

Toggenburg Ski Patrol (TSP), is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization.
